Changes and Choices The Rapidly Evolving Business Cases for Employing Mature Workers

Mature Workforce Initiative findings show there is no one-size-fits-all business case for hiring and retaining mature workers. Depending on their industry, leadership, and corporate culture, companies will use these employees in different ways.
