Membership Benefits - Advisory Board
- The Advisory Board guides the work of the Center
- Advisory Board or Governance Center membership entitles the member company to nominate up to two senior executives with responsibility for corporate governance and related issues for Governance Center participation
- Summits (1 to 2 per year) where companies and investors debate leading edge issues (often held in conjunction with major institutional investors groups such as the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN) or the Council of Institutional Investors (CII)
- Research Topics 2006-7: Short-Termism, Hedge Funds and Corporate Governance
- Corporate Governance and Compliance Workshop: Roles, Practices and Latest Developments
- Recognition as an Advisory Board member in all Governance Center publications and on The Conference Board's public website, and as a sponsor for Institutional Investment Report
