The Conference Board

About The Conference Board Directors' Institute

The Directors' Institute draws on The Conference Board's decade-long reputation as an impartial and authoritative source of corporate governance best practices. It was launched by The Conference Board® Global Corporate Governance Research Center in response to corporate directors' need for a non-academic, impartial forum for open dialogue about the real-world business challenges they face. The Directors' Institute designs practical, time-efficient programs that ensure corporate directors stay abreast of rends in governance and meet the challenges of their unprecedented responsibility and accountability.

Leading these interactive sessions is the Directors' Institute's highly respected faculty — composed of experienced corporate directors, as well as expert discussants. These sessions sharpen directors; "red flag" oversight skills, building knowledge through candid peer discussions.
