The National Science Foundation is located in the Ballston area of North Arlington, Virginia, between Wilson Boulevard and Fairfax Drive, one block south of the Ballston-Marymount University Metro stop on the Orange Line.
Parking is available in the Ballston Common mall, in the NSF building, and at other area parking lots and garages. Metered parking is also available on the surrounding streets.
Hotel and Travel
Your transportation and hotel costs will be reimbursed by The Conference Board according to National Science Foundation guidelines.
The National Science Foundation guidelines limit air transportation to economy class tickets. Because there is a tight budget, we ask that you book well in advance to get the lowest possible airfare.
The hotel re-imbursement is limited to the rate as stated below.
If you require more that two night hotel accommodations please contact Amanda Humes before June 27.
