Join us at Normandy for a leadership experience
like no other.

Friday 18 April -
Tuesday 22 April 2008
Paris & Normandy, France

The June 6, 1944 Allied invasion of Normandy, France was the decisive offensive of the western theatre in World War II. It has been called a triumph of leadership, but for the men faced with planning the assault, it also proved that success on the battlefield is the stepchild of contingencies. General Dwight D. Eisenhower echoed that when he said, "In preparing for battle I have always found that plans are useless, but planning is indispensable."

In the middle of the engagement, amidst chaos and uncertainty, the ability to react to a changeable landscape was critical, not only to survival, but to finding advantage and securing victory.

D-Day, with its many leadership successes (and failures), provides a rich terrain for learning important leadership skills—skills that are invaluable when leading a team through times of business chaos, risk, or uncertainty.

We invite you to participate in our experiential leadership program at Normandy.
