Diversity is no longer simply the right thing to do; globalization and ethnic shifts mean that diversity can drive innovation, and inclusion can boost the bottom line. The Conference Board Diversity & Inclusion New Leaders Academy help diversity leaders increase their own and their firm's cultural intelligence to navigate in a world whose boundaries are increasingly blurred. Small classes, personal mentors, and face-to-face and virtual meetings over several months will pave the way for diversity leaders to create strategies that acknowledge, respect, and leverage differences in the market and the workplace.

This program builds on The Conference Board report Developing a Competency Model for Diversity and Inclusion Practitioners.

Learning coaches:

The Diversity & Inclusion New Leaders Academy is focused on practical, action oriented learning. We assign each participant a learning coach to work with and share ideas during the course of the program. Our learning coaches are current and former diversity leaders with deep experience in the corporate world.

Over the course of several monthly calls, participants will be able to test ideas and strategies, receive feedback, and deepen their expertise, all while applying what they learn to their current role in real time.
