Council of CFOs

This Council serves as a forum for senior executives who share common functional responsibilities, including but not limited to, a varied mix of the following: finance, tax, audit, treasury, accounting, and controller, as well as other internal services. Members are also active participants in corporate strategic planning.

The member must be the senior financial executive of the company or an appropriate subsidiary with functional responsibilities including the following areas: finance, tax, audit, treasury, accounting, controller, actuarial, insurance and planning. Candidates must be employed by companies that are members of The Conference Board and that are qualified for Council representation under the board's policy governing such eligibility.

The Conference Board is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE Credit.
