Council on Executive Compensation

Executives who have direct responsibility for the creation and implementation of their company's executive compensation program comprise the Council on Executive Compensation. They meet, in sessions led by council members, to discuss current trends in executive compensation. Founded in 1979.

Requirements for Membership:

Membership is limited to executives who have direct responsibility for their company's executive compensation program. They are knowledgeable about the executive compensation field in general, as well as their company's policies, practices and procedures.
