Executive Council for Talent, Organization and Development

The Council exists to serve its members who are leaders in the areas of individual/organizational learning, development and renewal. The Council provides a forum for sharing best practices and actionable ideas. Participation enables members to accelerate change, enhance business performance and improve results in their companies. Council members value participation, trust and collaboration.

Requirements for Membership:

Candidates must be employed by companies that are members of The Conference Board and that are qualified for Council representation under the board's policy governing such eligibility.

• Members & candidates must have a depth of knowledge in Learning, Training, Development or OD and shall be the senior most person responsible for leading the Learning & Development function in their firm.
