Council on Compensation
The primary purpose of the Council is to further the exchange of information, best practices and research in the field of compensation through organized discussions at regular Council meetings held in the spring and fall of each year.
Requirements for Membership:
Individuals must have major policy-making responsibilities for compensation matters. They must have expert knowledge of the general compensation field, including wage and salary administration, compensation, and employee benefit plans. In particular, Council members must be knowledgeable of their company’s policies, practices, and executive procedures in the Compensation field.
