Executive Compensation Management Council

Executive Compensation Management Council is an invaluable forum for the exchange of information on current practices and research in all areas of compensation through member presentations, roundtable discussions, company case studies, and presentations from outside experts on emerging issues in compensation. Executive Compensation Management Council membership is limited to executives who have the primary compensation design and implementation responsibilities within their companies. Between its biannual meetings, the Council conducts several benchmarking surveys on various topics of interest, and provides an opportunity for members to correspond with the Council directly to get practical and timely answers to questions. Founded in 1996.

Requirements for Membership:

The Executive Compensation Management Council’s membership is limited to executives who have direct responsibility for their company’s executive compensation program. Candidates must be employed by companies that are members of The Conference Board and that are qualified for Council representation under the board’s policy governing such eligibility
