Council on Compensation II

The Council on Compensation II brings together compensation executives of major corporations to exchange information about current practices, trends, and leading-edge research in the field. Council members have the primary compensation design and implementation responsibilities within their companies.

Requirements for Membership:

Individuals must have major policy-making responsibilities for compensation matters at their respective organizations. They must have expert knowledge of the compensation field, including wage and salary administration, compensation, and employee benefit plans. Candidates must be employed by companies that are members of The Conference Board and that are qualified for Council representation under the board's policy governing such eligibility.
