Council on Work Force Diversity

This council was launched in recognition of the growing importance of diversity in the workplace. It is composed of the senior corporate executives with primary responsibility for developing and implementing diversity strategy and programs in their respective companies. Council members have established specific membership criteria for participants. Founded in 1993.

Requirements for Membership:

Candidates must be the lead executive within the corporation with responsibility for developing and implementing diversity programs and strategy.
Members must be full-time employees of a company that is an Associate member of the Conference Board.
