Global Human Resources Council

Mission Statement:

The Global Human Resources Council is a forum for senior executives who are responsible for the management of human resources in a multinational context. In addition to the biannual meetings, members are in ongoing contact electronically, benchmarking programs and practices. Membership criteria are designed to maintain a careful balance with regard to the size and type of industries represented.

Requirements for Membership:

Members must be senior human resources executives in major multinational companies who are directly responsible for addressing the HR aspects of the overall management systems and corporate culture issues. Candidates must be employed by companies that are members of The Conference Board and that are qualified for Council representation under the board’s policy governing such eligibility.
