Diversity & Inclusion Council

This council provides an opportunity for educational exchange among diversity executives from various industries with a wide geopgraphical scope. Cutting-edge issues and trends are discussed at meetings hosted by council members in their headquarters locations. Council members are the corporate executives with primary responsibility for developing and implementing diversity strategy in their companies, and the council has established specific membership criteria for participants. Council members also help to identify relevant research issues for The Conference Board staff, and assist in the design and implementation of research topics. In addition, members of the council are instrumental in the program design of the annual Diversity Conference. Founded in 1999.

Requirements for Membership:

Candidates must be the lead executive within the corporation with responsibility for developing and implementing diversity programs and strategy.
