Council on Corporate Compliance and Ethics

Recent developments have encouraged U.S. corporations to establish the position of Chief Compliance Officer. Chief Compliance Officers are facing new challenges and developing trail blazing agendas. U.S. Corporations are codifying policies and procedures, establishing criteria and reallocating their resources. The Conference Board's Council on Corporate Compliance and Ethics provides a unique opportunity to learn and discuss compliance issues with peers in a confidential environment. These issues will focus on compliance of U.S. laws and regulations as they apply to doing business in the U.S.

Membership Eligibility

Candidates must be employed by companies that are corporate Associate Members of The Conference Board.
The candidate must be the senior U.S. executive responsible for developing and implementing compliance systems for major corporations.
