Council on Employee Healthcare

The double-digit increase in health care costs has meant increased focus among most companies. With an eye on reducing costs, increasing the quality, delivery, and communication of health care to employees it has become top of mind for many organizations -- in many cases right up to the CEO’s office. This Council is a forum where health care best practices are discussed. Member companies serve as informal consultants to each other on topics from wellness programs to HRAs. Detailed information on what has worked and what has not is freely discussed in this closed forum.

Membership Eligibility

Candidates must be employed by companies that are corporate Associate Members of The Conference Board.
The candidate must be the individual in charge of the Healthcare function within their organization, including plan design, plan review, employee communication, etc.
