Council on Health and Safety
This Council gives European safety managers the opportunity to exchange ideas on increasing the effectiveness of their health and safety programmes, and on promoting the active participation and commitment of employees. Meetings frequently feature presentations by officials from the European Commission and the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work.
The council director is Mr. John Lyons, who is formerly Head of Health and Safety at Telefónica plc
