Council on Mergers & Acquisitions
The European Council on Mergers and Acquisitions is designed to help companies plan and implement value creating acquisitions, mergers and divestitures by sharing best practices, ideas and experiences in their M&A related activities. The Council meets three times a year in an atmosphere of mutual confidence, trust and learning. The contents of the discussions in the Council are confidential with members and participants being required to sign a confidentiality declaration. Distribution of information is restricted to the Council members.
