Successful businesses recognize that aligning their company’s goals and initiatives with the social, economic and environmental expectations of their stakeholders and their connection to each other, their value to the business and their communities are imperative to their success. Good governance requires managed perceptions and responsible business practices which is considered part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and inclusive leadership. Commitment to accountability for tracking what a company believes in and does to make a difference to that business and its community and marketplace is paramount. When diversity, CSR, & accountability leaders work together, they can influence the building of the right environment to attract the diverse talent necessary to help the company grow a profitable, ethical and reputable business. This two day event will enable you to achieve the following outcomes:
- Review and assess your current approach to aligning CSR, diversity and accountability toward successful growth within your marketplace
- Analyze the gaps between current and future business practices and resources that sustain long term community and societal impact
- Recognize the barriers and trends that require maintenance, adaptation, and innovative thinking for successful implementation of business goals
- Align your D&I and other leadership roles and structure to participate fully in business and community partnerships for further development and inclusive leadership
- Successfully link your D&I goals to engagement, retention and other relevant factors for measuring business and performance impact
- Identify tools to measure progress internally and externally to sustain integrity and ethical responsibility
