#tcbwomen

Please join us for the 9th Annual Women’s Leadership Conference where executives and thought leaders will share their perspectives, models, and approaches for advancing women in our organizations. As the percentage of women in the boardroom stagnates at 15% to 16% over the last several years and the number of executive officers has risen only slightly to 14%, it remains an imperative to take the actions that will advance women in our organizations. It is not simply a women’s issue, research shows that companies that fail to integrate women’s perspectives into their high level decision making risk losing market share, competitive advantage and profits. This conference will take a comprehensive view of advancing women starting with what individuals can do, what women joining together and with men can do, types of organizational and professional association strategies that work, looking at societal biases and trends that impact women leaders; embracing women’s advantage and what it takes to be successful, and being a centered leader.
