In this full day, interactive session, participants will be exposed to the practical and theoretical tools of Diversity & Inclusion strategic planning that can be utilized in a complex academic environment. Attendees will glean the following benefits:
- Recognize the importance of vision, mission, and values in thinking through a plan that is aligned with institutional goals
- Reflect on their current plans in light of how they could broaden their efforts
- Identify actions they can take to create a framework that can work in their culture and context
