Join higher education leaders, corporate diversity practitioners, researchers and policy experts to share and examine concepts and practices of diversity and inclusion within colleges and universities in this new decade. How have current global and domestic challenges affected vision and strategy as we focus on fostering equity and inclusion within colleges and universities across the United States? How have economic realignments and recent research contributed to challenges and unique opportunities to revisit and advance diversity and inclusion in academe? What are the latest practices and innovations corporate D&I practitioners have developed that can be used in higher education?

On the 26th, 27th and 28th, the Conference Board, in collaboration with Duke University, will hold its 2nd significant conference on the beautiful campus of Duke University at the Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club, in Durham North Carolina.

This conference will be of interest to senior level higher education leaders, the corporate community as well as researchers, practitioners and policy makers from higher education, as well as not-for-profit, and government entitities . In addition to keynote speakers, valuable workshops and interactive methodologies, there will be opportunities for small group discussions and the exploration of strategic partnerships and collaborations. Tracks will include curriculum, talent management, cultural competencies, next practice examples, partnerships, and more.
