At this conference, executives will have a chance to learn from best–in–class companies how they have changed to make advancement more representative both of the numbers and ability of the women in their workforce; thought leaders will report on the latest data regarding demographics of women and discuss the implications; attendees will have a chance to work on the personal skill sets needed to push for these solutions. Also, the conference will explore the role of women’s networks/affinity groups by having both specific sessions on and asking speakers to address the challenges of the operation and organizational challenges of these groups.
