Topics to be Addressed July 31 – August 1, 2008
This year's conference is designed for all CCI professionals to both examine the fundamentals of a CCI program as well as explore more timely topics. The goal of all the sessions is to give the attendee strategies to use in their operations by giving them exposure to best-in-class examples. The presenters will allow for a collegial atmosphere encouraging questions and participant discussion. Topics to be examined include:
