As a talent management leader, Marc has worked for, and consulted to, some of the world's largest and most successful companies. He applies a simplicity-based approach to building leaders which emphasizes transparency and managerial accountability.

Marc is currently VP, Talent Management, for Avon Products. His prior experience includes Global Leadership Consulting Practice Leader at Hewitt Associates, where he created the Top Companies for Leaders study.

Marc’s next book is One Page Talent Management: Building Better Leaders Faster with co-author Miriam Ort of Pepsico, to be published by Harvard Business Press in 2010. He has published two books on leadership and written chapters in nine management and leadership books. In 2007, Marc founded the New Talent Management Network (http://www.newtmn.com/), which is now the world’s largest talent management organization, with more than 1,300 members.
