Manager, Leadership Development and Succession
Since joining FedEx Ground in 2002, Gretchen Rawdon has defined and built the Organizational Development function for the organization. She created strategies and programs related to the foundational competencies of the organization, measurement, performance management, leadership assessment, executive development, succession and talent review. She has worked to educate and shift the culture of the organization to one of employee development and people focus. Gretchen currently serves as an adviser to the SVP, HR, and is responsible for helping to create the HR strategy for the organization.
