Dianne Fodell's responsibilities include promoting new university research and curricula in Service Science, Management and Engineering (SSME). She serves on the governance board for the Service Research and Innovation Initiative (SRII) and is an IBM liaison to the Center for Innovation Management Studies (CIMS). Dianne has had a long and multi-disciplinary career in IBM hardware and software development, system design, market management, communications, innovation programs and developer strategy. She has held a number of management and technical leadership positions in Application Development, Networking Systems, Network Management, Networking Hardware, Retail Store Systems, developerWorks and Linux systems. |
