Brian R. Gareau

Brian Gareau manages a diverse team, based on three continents, focused on business culture, employee engagement, employee opinion measurement, values-based support and behavior and change management. The Organizational Effectiveness and Engagement (OE+E) division provides services to Caterpillar and its extended value chain of dealers, suppliers and customers. Brian joined Caterpillar in 1981. His career has included time in Manufacturing, Corporate Public Affairs, Parts & Service Sales, Logistics and HR. He has been both a facility manager and general manager in Operations and has been directly involved in nine new plant start-ups. Since joining OE+E, he has provided consulting services to more than 130 Caterpillar facilities and/or dealers around the world.
