Annmarie Neal is a Senior Fellow, Human Capital at The Conference Board. In this role, Neal supports the Human Capital Practice which includes The Conference Board Human Capital Exchange™, research, conferences, webcasts and programs in a broad spectrum of human capital areas. In addition to serving as a Senior Fellow, Neal is also Founder of the Center for Leadership Innovation, which offers business strategy and talent management solutions for global Fortune 500 companies. Based in Colorado, Neal brings a decidedly business-centric and innovative perspective to her work with senior executives. Neal was previously Chief Talent Officer and Vice President of Cisco’s Center for Collaborative Leadership for Cisco Systems, and responsible for global talent strategy and planning; executive assessment; development and succession and emerging economies skills incubation. Previous executive roles include Chief Talent Officer, First Data Corporation and Senior Management Consultant, RHR International. Neal serves on the Advisory Boards of the University of Colorado Business School, the Center for Work Life Policy, TruEffect, and SoftServe, Inc. The author of several book chapters and articles on strategy, leadership and talent management, Neal holds a doctorate degree in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology.
