David Tai

David H. Tai is responsible for defining and executing an integrated talent management strategy for IBM in three regions: Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and CEEMEA (Central East Europe and Middle East Africa). He spent 8 years teaching in colleges in China and in the U.S., 4 years with AT&T, and 12 years with IBM with various responsibilities in all aspects of learning, leadership development, and talent. He created many of the IBM’s talent related solutions with 2 patents and 2 copyrights. Today he uses a Human Capital Management Strategy as an approach to solving IBM’s talent challenges in growth markets.
