Peter Linkow is Research Leader of The Conference Board's Research Working Group on Improving Employment Outcomes for Employees with Disabilities and President of WFD Consulting. Previously, he was CEO of two organizations serving people with disabilities and a professor of management at Boston University. For the last twenty-five years, he has consulted internationally on strategy, change management, workplace improvement, and diversity. Linkow received his MBA from Harvard Business School as well as graduate degrees in educational policy and psychology from Harvard and Indiana Universities respectively. He earned his B.A. from DePauw University. He is the author of The Conference Board’s research report on Meeting the Challenges of a Dispersed Workforce: Managing Across Language, Culture, Time and Location. |
