Tara Murphy

Tara Murphy has previously run The Conference Board’s Global HR councils from our New York office.  In addition to the SWP Council she will be launching our new HR Operations Council in November here in Europe.  She has over 20 years business experience, 19 of which were with Unilever where she held both regional and global leadership roles in Talent Management and as a HR Business Partner; this experience is consolidated with 10 years line experience in Supply Chain, Finance, and IT, where she held regional and national responsibilities.  Change management, process redesign and implementation have been features of several of her key previous roles.

When not formally working, Tara cares for her family in Ireland, explores sustainability, and loves reading. Her original qualification was a Masters in Engineering, followed by management accounting.
