Kevin F. Hallock is the Donald C. Opatrny '74 Chair of the Department of Economics and the Joseph R. Rich '80 Professor of Economics and of Human Resource Studies at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. He is also the Director of the Institute for Compensation Studies at Cornell. Professor Hallock is a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research in Cambridge, MA and on the Board of Directors of WorldatWork. His current research is focused on the intersection of compensation design and labor markets, executive compensation, the valuation of stock options, and the plan design and mix of employee compensation. His most recent book is Pay: Why People Earn What They Earn and What You Can Do Now to Make More (Cambridge University Press). |
