Lawrence Schein
Lawrence Schein is a retired senior fellow in The Conference Board’s program on Capabilities Management and HR Strategies, focusing on cultural issues in mergers and acquisitions. Over the course of his 19 years with the Board, he directed the Total Quality Management Center and contributed to research reports on quality, corporate culture, human resources issues, and work innovations. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania.
