Christopher Woock is a former Researcher in the Human Capital Program and a former labor economist at The Conference Board. His research explores the links between human capital and business performance, including assessing the implications of labor market trends for talent management strategies; evaluating business’ investment in the skills of its current and potential workforce; and issues surrounding a multigenerational workforce. Woock received his PhD in economics from the University of Kentucky. His publications for The Conference Board include Labor Market Transitions from Recession to Recovery and Innovation and U.S. Competitiveness: Reevaluating the Contributors to Growth. |
