At Sirota, Peter supports his clients through account management, survey development, focus groups, statistical analysis, data interpretation and presentation. With his extensive history of consulting, Peter’s diverse experience proves valuable in client management activities for both large and small companies. His technical expertise in addition to his statistical background comes into play in all parts of the survey process. His clients include Apple Filemaker, Sony Playstation, eBay, Bank of Montreal, Coca-Cola and Marathon Oil.
Peter also maintains an active research program with over 30 publications and presentations including a consistent representation at the Society of Industrial / Organizational Psychology annual conference. Peter’s major areas of focus are the effective use of identified surveys, survey psychometrics and investigating the work experience for people with disabilities.
Before joining Sirota, Peter was an independent consultant for over 10 years working with a number of customers including PNC Bank, CrownCastle International, University of Pittsburgh, Johns Hopkins Hospital, and Harvard Medical School. In addition, Peter has taught Research Methods, Statistics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology as well as other classes at the undergraduate and graduate level at Quinnipiac University, Ramapo College and New York University.
Peter holds a dual degree Doctorate of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology and Health Psychology from Drexel University.
