Maxwell Silver-Thompson is a summer intern at The Conference Board Governance Center and a second year law student at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Prior to enrolling in law school, Maxwell was an intern at the office of the Broome County Public Defender in Binghamton, New York, and an active member of the New York Public Interest Research Group at its Binghamton chapter.
Maxwell's interests are in corporate law generally, with specific interests in litigation and mergers & acquisitions. Originally from Rockville Centre, New York, Maxwell received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
