Ilaria Maselli is a researcher in the Economic and Social Welfare Policies unit of the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS). Her main area of expertise is the analysis of labour markets, in particular in their interaction with education and technological change. She is currently the deputy coordinator of the NEUJOBS project, an FP7 project on the future of employment in Europe. In 2009 and 2010 Ilaria worked on a report for the European Commission on Medium Term Employment Challenges and she is also the author of an index to measure flexicurity. Ilaria is also currently involved in a project for the Bureau of Economic Policy Advisor (BEPA) in the Commission whose objective is to objective is to analyse the likely course of world economic development over the coming two decades, with a special focus on the future of work. She holds a Masters in European Affairs from the University of Bologna.
