In her current role as Manager, Leadership and Experiential Programs, Amanda is responsible for managing the business development team and developing custom leadership development programs. The programs are tailored to meet our clients’ desired business and leadership outcomes.
Our clients are experiencing a great deal of change (reorganizations, acquisitions, divestitures, economic or environmental challenges) within their organizations, teams and within their professional lives. Without the direction of strong leaders, companies and teams experiencing these types of challenges often flounder and sometimes even fail. Through The Conference Board Leadership Experiences, we impact the ability of executives to lead in challenging situations and to create an environment conducive to meaningful change.
Her past experience includes business development in leadership training (managing public solutions at Dale Carnegie, New York), sales and business management (Mary Kay Cosmetics, New York) and other non-profit business management. She graduated from The Catholic University of America with a Bachelors of Music and will graduate this fall with her MBA from New York University Stern School of Business.
