Julie Nelson

Julie Nelson is a Director of Change Leadership for McKesson Corporation, America's oldest and largest health care services company.  In this role, she has leveraged over ten years of Big 4 consulting experience to build a successful internal consulting practice.  By establishing this experienced 9 person team, Julie has helped to save McKesson $1 million annually while building institutional knowledge capital that serves the company's ongoing need for change leadership.

Over the years, Julie has focused on several large scale efforts including a 5 year data center transformation and one of the world’s largest SAP outsourcing transitions.  Currently, she is leading the change management effort for an enterprise-wide spend reduction program and a cloud computing launch.
 
Prior to McKesson, Julie provided change management consulting to companies such as Pacific Gas & Electric, Hewlett Packard, Caesar’s Palace, Republic Pictures and GAP Inc.
A native of California, Julie enjoys spending time at home with her husband, her two soccer-loving kids and their 8 pets.
