Jim Reilly is Director, Talent Management for Walgreens. He joined the country's largest drug store chain in 2005 as Corporate Manager, Recruitment & Diversity. In this role he was responsible for corporate recruitment & diversity initiatives within the organization. In 2008, he led a major company initiative implementing a new Performance Management and Succession Planning platform for the “Top 100” executives. In 2009, he was promoted to Director of Talent Management, and he and his team are currently responsible for Executive Leadership Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Selection/Assessment and Engagement. Prior to joining Walgreens, Jim was President of JenningsKelly Executive Search.
