For Business Sake
Sarah set up for business sake in 2011, providing consulting advice and practical solutions on diversity, inclusion and organisational change to clients in the corporate and not-for-profit sectors. Before setting up on her own she spent seven years as European Head of Diversity and Inclusion for KPMG LLP, the global accounting firm, where she was responsible for diversity, inclusion and employee engagement across a 30,000 workforce in ten European countries. In this role she led the development of a Centre of Excellence on diversity and inclusion for KPMG in Europe, working with a team of HR and diversity and inclusion professionals to provide strategic direction and implementation advice on recruiting, retaining and developing diverse talent right across the business. Sarah was also National Campaign Manager at Opportunity Now, the UK-based gender research, campaigning and employers’ forum, between 2000 and 2004. She is a Trustee of Relate, the UK relationship charity, and sits on the Equalities Advisory Group for the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills.
