She was responsible for the creation and implementation of AXP global coaching and engagement strategy which involved developing a strategy to drive quality coaching culture across American Express at all levels, from Executive Leadership to Frontline.
She has strong passion for coaching and empowering people and coaches and mentors a number of employees in their personal and professional development.
