Ingrid has worked in the hospitality industry across Europe for 20 years now, out of which 15 years have been in the HR field. She joined the EAME Divisional office 5 years ago and led, from a Global HR perspective the acquisition and integration of Le Meridien Hotels. Starwood EAME Division now oversees 260 hotels. Ingrid specialises in HR Strategy, Training 7 Development, Talent Management and integration projects, all of which call for significant coaching and mentoring. |
