Hennie Pouwels

Hennie is the Director, Safety, Health & Environment for Philips Lighting which involves managing the global environment for Health & Safety programs and projects on Environmental Product Stewardship.  Hennie is pragmatic, engaging and results orientated with a strong drive to prevent accidents, incidents and improve environmental performance.  He is an expert on various EHS topics including: safety and environmental management, chemical safety, emergency response, auditing and product stewardship.

Hennie holds an MSc, Management of Safety, Health & Environment from Delft University of Technology
