Andrew Parker

Andrew Parker joined BT in 1988.  He was appointed Company Secretary on 1 April 2008.  Andrew has worked in a wide variety of legal, regulatory and compliance roles, and has previously been General Counsel of two of BT’s operational divisions, most recently BT Retail.  He is an employer-nominated trustee of the BT Pension Scheme, one of the largest defined benefit schemes in the UK.  A member of the GC100, and The All Party Parliamentary Corporate Governance Group.  Andrew is a solicitor by training and previously worked in the City in legal private practice. Aged 51.
