Rebekah Steele

In the first 20 years of her career, Rebekah Steele launched and led global and local Diversity and Inclusion strategies in half a dozen companies including Honeywell and BlackBerry. Now Principal of her boutique Diversity Breakthroughs consultancy, Rebekah is on a quest to help organizations break free from the status quo to break through to D&I results that matter. Her innovative and contemporary approaches to Diversity and Inclusion bring better ideas to life by making the most of a broad mix of people to enable, enhance, and accelerate the results that D&I leaders and their organizations must achieve.

Rebekah contributes to the evolution of the global practice of Diversity and Inclusion across 6 continents through executive coaching, teaching, speaking, strategic advisory services, transformation labs, and more.  She is faculty for The Conference Board’s D&I Academy in Europe and D&I Boot Camp in New York, blogs about Diversity Breakthroughs for The Human Capital Exchange^TM, and was formerly on the Executive Steering Committee of The Conference Board’s Diversity in Business Council in Europe.
