Global Head - Risk and Compliance Services PwC
Mr. Everson is the global leader of PwC's Advisory Risk and Compliance Services practice. He brings over twenty-five years of professional experience, with more than fifteen years focused on providing governance and risk management services to leading global companies across a variety of industries. Mr. Everson regularly works with executive management teams and boards of directors at many of the world's largest organizations to help improve their capabilities to balance growth, risk and return through the effective execution of business strategies. Mr. Everson currently leads the PwC project team that is updating the COSO Internal Control - Integrated Framework. He served as a principal author of both the COSO Enterprise Risk Management - Integrated Framework and the COSO Internal Control over Financial Reporting -- Guidance for Smaller Companies. In addition to being a frequent speaker, author and contributor to PwC's risk and strategy thought leadership, Mr. Everson authored The Acceleration of Change – Seizing the Future Through Focused Business Risk Management, published by Federated Press. He is also one of the author's of Too good to fail, a PwC publication. Mr. Everson is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from St. Cloud State University with a B.S. in Accounting.
