Regina Brayboy is a Senior Fellow, Human Capital at the Conference Board. In this role, Regina supports the Human Capital Practice which includes The Conference Board Human Capital ExchangeTM, research, conferences, webcasts and programs in a broad spectrum of human capital areas.
In addition to serving as a Senior Fellow, Regina leads Performance Centered Consulting LLC, a practice specializing in aligning human capital investments with organizational and strategic performance. In addition, she is focused on the emergence of encore and second act careers, supporting the portfolio career model and those models that embrace reinvention, entrepreneurialism, and the transference of skills and interests to serve the social good. She owns her own pie company, Coastal Pies. Regina has over 25 years of multi-sector experience in senior leadership positions.
Prior to this, Regina served as the Vice President for Administration & Financial Services for Virginia International Terminals, a maritime operating company, as the Chief Operating Officer for WHRO, a public broadcasting company, and has held leadership positions in the public and nonprofit sector. She has a rich history of board service and community volunteerism. Regina has been involved with the Conference Board for a number of years as a Council member and as a participant in a human capital research working group.
Regina has an MBA from the College of William & Mary; an MPA from Old Dominion University, and a B.S. in Business Administration from Christopher Newport University.
